The team at The Digichicks spent a lot of time in December creating some of the most exciting and creative challenges that I have ever seen! The challenges will do just that -- challenge you to try new things that you may not have tried before. Several designers are involved in the challenges, offering free stuff for you to use to complete the challenge. That's a real bonus! Family Time: Thanksgiving

I think of this time of year as family time. It's a time to gather together and enjoy the special food for the holiday season. In our family, the Thanksgiving dinner menu is written up and discussed and we always end up with way too much food! Everyone has their one special dish that they feel I need to make. But, you know, I wouldn't have it any other way! 

Even though I'm not always good about pulling out my camera for daily photos, I try to makeup for it during the holidays. I will spend a lot of time taking photos of family and food over the next couple of months and I wanted a kit to use again and again.

Fall Weather

I am enjoying the cooler weather here and loving the early mornings and evenings when it really cools down. The downside to fall is the shorter days. What's the weather been like in your area?

All this cooler weather has motivated me to keep plugging away at loading previously released kits into my new store at The Digichick. As I'm going back through my kits, I find myself tweaking them here and there by adding more things or slightly adjusting things. It has been interesting to go back and look at some of my early kits. I can see a definite difference in then and now so I've had to make improvements as needed to the older kits. It's a bit time consuming but I think it will be worth it in the end.

As each kit is re-released, it will be offered at a "new release" sale price so be sure to check each week for all the kits in my store!

It's Time!

Finally I can reveal what all the secrets are about. It has been hard waiting so long but my vacation to Canada right in the middle of my move slowed things down a bit.

Yes, my move! I have moved to a new shop...The Digi Chick! Besides that, I have edited my name, changed my logo and released new product in my new shop! As you can tell from my new blog header, I have edited my name to be Sweet Boutique Designs by Teresa or just Sweet Boutique for short. I never really had my own logo before and I'm excited about this new one that was developed for me by my mentor at The Digi Chick, Danyale Lewis. Many thanks to Danyale for her patience as I had a ton of questions for her as I made the switch.
